Refund Policy

At InfraBrix Industries Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to maintaining complete transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all our product and service transactions. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be considered for industrial shed construction, prefabricated structures, turnkey projects, fabrication services, maintenance work, and other infrastructure solutions offered by us. By confirming any order, service agreement, quotation, or advance payment, the client agrees to the following refund conditions.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility primarily depends on the stage of the project, scope of work completed, and the terms defined in the service agreement or purchase order. Since most of our services involve customized design, engineering, fabrication, material procurement, and on-site execution, refund decisions are not standardized and are reviewed carefully for each case.

If an advance payment has been made for a project or service, the refundable amount—if any—will be determined based on:

  • The percentage of work already completed
  • Project agreement and commercial terms
  • Design, engineering, and consultation efforts involved
  • Raw materials already procured
  • Labor and fabrication costs
  • Site visits, logistics, and coordination expenses already incurred
  • Administrative and project management overheads
  1. Situations Where Refund May Not Be Applicable

Refund may not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Design work is completed and project drawings, structural plans, or engineering layouts have already been prepared
  • Consultation services have been delivered, including technical discussions, planning, estimation, and site recommendations
  • Project coordination work is completed, including vendor alignment, manpower scheduling, site mobilization, or logistics planning
  • Raw materials, steel sections, PUF panels, roofing sheets, or fabrication components have already been purchased
  • Customized manufacturing or fabrication work has started
  • Work has progressed as per client approval and agreed milestones
  • Delays or cancellation arise from client-side issues such as site access, approval delays, or payment defaults

Because our structures and services are often made specifically for the client’s site and business requirements, completed design and coordination stages consume significant technical resources and may not be refundable.

  1. Advance Payment Refund Terms

Where advance payment is collected, refund eligibility will depend on:

  • Work completed
  • Agreement terms
  • Expenses already incurred

The company reserves the right to deduct charges related to completed design work, consultation, project coordination, material blocking, labor mobilization, transportation planning, and administrative handling before processing any eligible refund.

  1. Case-by-Case Review

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case to ensure a fair resolution for both the client and the company. Every request is assessed based on the work order, project stage, incurred costs, technical efforts, and communication records. Clients are required to submit refund requests in writing through official email or authorized support channels with complete project details.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following may generally be considered non-refundable once delivered:

  • Architectural and structural designs
  • Engineering consultation
  • Project planning and BOQ preparation
  • Site inspection and technical surveys
  • Fabrication and manufacturing work
  • Material procurement and dispatch
  • Labor and installation mobilization
  1. Refund Processing Timeline

For approved and eligible refunds, processing may take 20–30 working days from the date of formal approval. The amount will be transferred through the original payment mode or a mutually agreed banking channel after internal verification and settlement of applicable deductions.

Clients may contact our official support or accounts team with their project reference number, payment details, and reason for the refund request for prompt review.
