Cancellation Policy

At InfraBrix Industries Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to maintaining transparency, professionalism, and fairness in all our project dealings. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of orders, services, fabrication work, turnkey projects, and prefabricated construction assignments booked with us. By confirming any service, quotation, work order, or advance payment, the client agrees to the following cancellation terms.

  1. Order Confirmation and Cancellation Request

Once a project, product, or service order is confirmed through written approval, purchase order, work agreement, or advance payment, it is considered an active assignment. If the client wishes to cancel the order, a written cancellation request must be submitted via email or official communication channels. Verbal cancellation requests may not be considered valid.

  1. Cancellation Before Work Commencement

If the cancellation request is made before design, material procurement, fabrication, engineering, or site mobilization begins, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the advance amount, after deducting administrative, consultation, and processing charges incurred by the company.

  1. Cancellation After Material Procurement or Work Start

If the project is cancelled after raw material procurement, fabrication, transportation scheduling, engineering design, labor mobilization, or on-site work has started, cancellation charges will apply based on the work completed and expenses already incurred. This may include:

  • Material purchase costs
  • Design and engineering charges
  • Fabrication and labor costs
  • Transportation and logistics expenses
  • Site visit and mobilization charges
  • Administrative overheads

In such cases, the remaining refundable amount, if any, will be calculated after deducting the actual costs.

  1. Customized and Made-to-Order Structures

Orders involving customized industrial sheds, prefabricated buildings, PUF panel structures, poultry sheds, turnkey projects, civil prefab systems, and steel fabrication works are specifically manufactured as per client requirements. Such custom-built products may not be eligible for full cancellation once production, fabrication, or design work has begun.

  1. Project Delays Due to Client

If a project is delayed, paused, or cancelled due to non-availability of site access, delayed approvals, payment defaults, design changes, or client-side issues, the company reserves the right to apply cancellation or holding charges for manpower, materials, and blocked project schedules.

  1. Cancellation by InfraBrix Industries

InfraBrix Industries reserves the right to cancel or suspend any project due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure events, legal restrictions, non-payment, safety concerns, material shortages, or events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, the company will communicate the reason clearly and process any eligible settlement fairly.

  1. Refund Timeline

Approved refundable amounts, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of cancellation approval through the original payment method or agreed banking channel.
